Mental States of War in the Consulting Room: Refugees and Therapists

Dear colleagues,

My name is Teodora Taneva, I am a Jungian analyst from Bulgaria. Like many of you, from the start of the war the Bulgarian Jungian Society of Analytical Psychology has been actively involved in helping with free psychological help to the Ukrainian refugees. We have also organized a few seminars for our Developing Group for the specifics of working with refugees. 

We would like to invite you to our next seminar on working with refugees, which will be with Monica Luci, a Jungian analyst from Italy with a huge experience in working with refugees, war-survivors, torture-survivors. We decided to open up that seminar to all the colleagues from the neighbouring countries of Ukraine, which receive thousands of refugees. I am writing this mail, kindly asking you to distribute it among the members of your Jungian Societies. In agreement with Monica Luci and Misser Berg, the seminar will also be open to colleagues from any therapeutic schools, therefore you can also spread it among all colleagues who might be interested. The seminar fee is 20 EUR - the money will be donated for humanitarian aid for Ukrainian refugees.

The seminar will be held online on May 14^th 2022 (Saturday) from 9:00 to 13:00 CET. The topic is “Mental States of War in the Consulting Room: Refugees and Therapists”. The annotation and the program of the seminar you can find attached here.
